International Light Transportation Vehicle Association, Inc.®, (“ILTVA®“) formerly known as National Golf Car Manufacturers Association, Inc., (“NGCMA”), is an accredited standards developer under the auspices of the American National Standards Institute, (“ANSI”). ILTVA® developed and maintains the ANSI sanctioned standard establishing safety and performance specifications for the design and operation of golf cars, ANSI/NGCMA Z130.1, and of Personal Transport Vehicles, (“PTVs”), ANSI/NGCMA Z135.
