International Light Transportation Vehicle Association, Inc., ("ILTVA") formerly known as National Golf Car Manufacturers Association, Inc., ("NGCMA"), is an accredited standards developer under the auspices of the American National Standards Institute, ("ANSI"), ILTVA developed and maintains the ANSI sanctioned standard establishing safety and performance specifications for the design and operation of golf cars, ANSI/NGCMA Z130.1, and of Personal Transport Vehicles, ("PTVs"), ANSI/NGCMA Z135.
